With amazing growth come increased opportunities to do more for God and touch more lives. But, the plain truth is that those opportunities require space and infrastructure to support them. That is why we would like to highlight the most Amazing Opportunity we have had in our five year history. We are delighted to announce that God has made a way for us to purchase an incredible 16-acre lot along SR-9 to build a permanent home that supports opportunities for now and into the future!

How do we take advantage of this Amazing Opportunity? By having everyone join the adventure in the Amazing Race! On November 15th, we begin The Amazing Race, a vision expansion campaign to raise $1.5 million over the course of 36 months.

Right now, we are on the last leg to bring this race into an Amazing Finish. If we can all rally together to realize 320k of our outstanding pledges, we will meet all of our stated goals and have completed the Amazing Race.

I have always held onto the promise that we read in Ephesians 3:20:

“Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.”

So in 2003 I wrote my masters thesis on my idea of a church and how I would start and develop that church from nothing more than a dream and a prayer. My vision was to see a church that was passionate about Jesus, committed to a relational community, and fully engaged in and desiring to impact the culture around it. Six short years later, that dream has emerged into an amazing church on the verge of something monumental. Canyon Creek Church has been the adventure of a lifetime! From having gatherings at 5 different locations to meeting in 4 different office complexes this has been an amazing race! Through all of our changes one thing has stayed the same, we love this community and want to see it influenced for the cause of Christ!

The Amazing Race continues as we head towards purchasing property that will become our permanent location. I want to invite everyone to jump on board, journey with us, and join the adventure!
