Canyon Creek Church has blasted off into 2010 and we are already beginning to see the results of our Amazing Race campaign! In case you have been out of town or hiding under a rock or in isolation due to the depressing Seahawk’s season lots has been happening around CCC. Let me give you a quick recap of the last 30 days.
1. We officially closed on the property on Cathcart. We are now the proud owners of 16 acres. (Pause for a moment and thank Jesus!)
2. We have moved the Pastoral Staff offices to the office building on the corner of 164th and Ash Way. (We are on the 2nd floor. Stop by and visit us some time. Heather is lonely because there isn’t as much activity as before.)
3. We have remodeled the Children’s area at our Ash Way campus.
It is exciting to see the immediate fruits of The Amazing Race. Thank you for your faithfulness in seeking the Lord and pledging towards our future. AND, thank you for already beginning to fulfill your pledge. We all get to witness the miracles from our willing sacrifice!
So if you haven’t been around, you need to check this out. It is pretty amazing what is already happening. Best of all, this is only the beginning!
