Movie Review: The Blindside

Lots of Movies coming out this holiday season, it’s a good variety too. I saw the blindside with Jodi Foster, or Carrie Fischer, or Sandra Bullock, (it doesn’t matter). I usually can’t stand her but she was enjoyable in this film. Anyhow, you know how most movies never get to you? They don’t get inside and do something to you heart or mind. You walk in and walk out the same way. A while back I started watching horror films just for the experiential nature of the genre. The film may be terrible but the feeling of fear or surprise or whatever was worth it. Well The Blindside is an experiential movie. You go to this to feel good, AND IT REALLY WORKS! I felt there was good in the world and that being salt and light was quite possible. One person can make a big difference. It’s a feel-good-movie, don’t you want to feel better?
