“If you have wanted to try Yoga but have been nervous, this Fusion Group is an excellent introduction. Kathi creatively weaves solid Christian spirituality, the exercise of yoga, and practical wisdom into a great experience. If you are a Yoga pro, don’t worry, Kathi knows how to bring the work.
