If you have ever considered trying yoga but have been apprehensive about the content of a yoga class, then this class is for you. Our licensed instructor brings healthy exercise and sound Christian spirituality together into the practice of yoga. Join her every Thursday at the church. The workout and devotional begin at 6:30 pm and will last just over an hour. All skill levels are welcome! Cost is $5.

MOPS is in need of some dedicated individuals who would like to help bless our MOPS moms of young kids. In order to give these moms their much-needed break, we need to have a group of volunteers willing to love and teach their little ones. MOPS meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. We are meeting at the church on Sunday at 11am. Please come with your luggage ready to load so that the trailer can leave early. We will be attending the 11am service, after which students will be on their own for lunch. Please either bring a sack lunch or bring money to buy it. Canyon Creek Church’s own Uprising Youth are taking off this Sunday for summer camp and will be returning on Thursday, August 13th. Please pray for our students as they have a blast together and our amazing youth staff. Pray for their safety as well as a real encounter with Jesus. Don’t forget that the Meet Me In Mill Creek community festival will be going on this weekend. If you would like to help out at the church photo booth, we would love to have you join the CCC staff. We will be hanging out at the Mill Creek Town Center both Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 11 am and 6 pm in the Kids Korner located at the Clock Tower parking lot. If you cannot volunteer your time, try to come down and enjoy the festival and swing by to say hello and get your picture taken in our Superhero photo booth. Don’t miss this Sunday as we hold a car/motorcycle show, serve great guy food and enjoy many crazy guy-antics along with a great message from Pastor Brandon. Remember that we will only be having our 9 am, 11 am and 1 pm services on Sunday!
After a great weekend with 44 baptisms on Sunday, we are still rolling out the fun events. After our much-anticipated Men’s Breakfast this Saturday at 9 am, our Children’s Department and Underground will team up to bring you Candyland. Come see the church transformed into a giant game board and let your kids (grades kindergarten through 6th grade) play for tons of candy. The fun starts at 3 pm and goes to about 6 pm. Cost is free and your kids will be seriously wired when you pick them up…you have now been warned!
Come join the men of Canyon Creek Church June 13th at 9 am. Cost is $5/guy and breakfast will be prepared by the internationally known chef, Corey Nimmer.
Special guest speaker is Jamie Bohnett. Jamie has been married since 1974 to the same amazing woman, Cindy. He is the father of four and grandfather of two. He is passionate about his marriage and his family, and enjoys encouraging other men to grow in their faith and in their faithfulness to their family. In 2005 he wrote the book “Like Father, Like Son - Rediscovering Sonship On The Fathering Journey.”
